Last November, on the occasion of International Information Security Day, we at

Precisely the latter, the data, are necessarily subject to resounding protection in accordance with what the law dictates, which is why, every January 28 since 2006, Data Protection Day has been celebrated. Its purpose is to protect individuals with respect to the automated processing of personal data.

To this end, in May 2024 Fraternidad-Muprespa successfully renewed its mid-level certification in the National Security Scheme (ENS) for the Digital Office, adapting it to the new regulations in force according to Royal Decree 311/2022. It is planned that in 2025 the certification in the ISO 27001 standard will be renewed, updating it to the most recent version, ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

“These actions” explains Luis Martínez del Pino, director of the Information Systems Security Department of Fraternidad-Muprespa, “reflect our firm commitment to data protection, security and excellence, guaranteeing compliance with the highest standards in all our processes.”

It is also interesting to note that so far Fraternidad-Muprespa has never been sanctioned by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Martínez del Pino adds:

We are committed to raising awareness and training our employees in cybersecurity, strengthening this link that we consider most vulnerable: people.
