A Coruña hosts a conference on the employment relationship after a permanent disability

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated last June 4 in la day "The employment relationship after a permanent disability: extinction or adaptation?", organized by the College of Social Graduates of A Coruña and Ourense.

The meeting, which brought together about 400 attendees both in person and online, focused on the modifications introduced by Law 2/2025, of April 29.

José Lage, president of the College, opened the day, which was moderated by his training coordinator, José María Santiago.

Next, Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Economic Benefits department of Fraternidad-Muprespa explained the changes introduced by Law 2/2025, which eliminates the automatic termination of the contract after the declaration of permanent disability, guaranteesEnsuring non-discrimination and enabling the adaptation or relocation of the worker.

After his presentation, he resolved doubts and queries from the participants and presented, as examples, various practical cases and sentences related to the topic of the day.
