Fraternidad-Muprespa has maintained a commitment since 2017 to the Once Foundation's Inserta Forum to benefit the quality of life of people with disabilities and the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals. This agreement, renewed in 2023, reflects the will to join forces and build a future in which diversity is an engine of innovation and humanity.

The Inserta Forum, made up of entities that are in favor of the inclusion of people with disabilities in their workforce, reaffirms its commitment for another year, remembering that there is still a long way to go in the labor market, and with the conviction that true inclusion is not measured only in words, but in real opportunities that transform lives. Here and on Mars, as stated in his campaign. And creating a planet where all people with disabilities can live with equal opportunities.

According to official numbers from the Public Employment Service, SEPE, and the National Institute of Statistics, INE, almost 700,000 people with disabilities are active in the labor market in Spain, which almost 3% of the active population.

However, 1.95 million people with disabilities between 16 and 64 years old remain outside the labor market, which shows the enormous gap. The activity rate of this group is 35%, compared to 78% of people without disabilities, according to data added by Funcas.

Each of the people who make up these statistics has a face and a dream. Inclusion is not just signing a contract, but being able to contribute talent and feel an active part of society.

At Fraternidad-Muprespa we believe that inclusion is a shared path. Therefore, we celebrate this day by reaffirming our commitment to diversity and equality, and remembering that every job opportunity that opens is a door to a future.
