Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in Oviedo in a conference on ORP and middle management

On April 23, the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention hosted the conference “Middle managers, a key piece in prevention”, in which Fraternidad-Muprespa participated. The meeting focused on the analysis of the difference between bosses and leaders, the importance of leadership in ORP and how to overcome communication barriers to generate trust, cohesion and commitment in work teams. 

Ivan Fernandez, F Prevention consultant raternidad-Muprespa in Asturias, offered in his presentation practical examples to promote team communication in a participatory way through 'lean' tools. The day is part of the actions that Fraternidad-Muprespa carries out to celebrate the XI Prevention Week, under the motto “Circular Safety: the commitment that unites us all” which is commemorated around April 28, World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
