Control and Monitoring Commission
The Control and Monitoring Commission of Fraternidad-Muprespa is the body of institutional participation of employers and workers for the control and monitoring of the Mutual Fund, as a collaborator with Social Security.
The composition of the commission, regulated in art. 37 of the Collaboration Regulation, of December 7, 1995, is made up of a maximum of 10 members. Its presidency falls to the president of the Mutual Fund and the secretariat to the Managing Director. Its main responsibilities are:
- Know the actions of the mutual company in its entire scope
- Participate in the preparation of budgets
- Propose actions and measures that it considers appropriate for its development as a collaborating entity with Social Security
