Fratertalks 59: "Occupational Mental Health: Signs, Risks and Responses"
FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA
Mental health has been consolidated as a priority axis within occupational health and safety. According to data from the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), 12 billion days of work are lost annually due to depression and anxiety, which reinforces the need to act from primary prevention.
Identifying warning signs, managing risk factors and implementing effective responses are key to ensuring psychologically safe work environments.
To talk about all this, on September 25 at 10:00 a.m. we will celebrate the 59th edition of Fratertalks which will be titled:"Workplace mental health: signs, risks and responses" and that will have the presence as a guest of Thomas Saint Cecilia, Psychologist and Director of the CECOPS Psychological Consulting Center.
