VISIT OF THE GENERAL SECRETARY OF EMPLOYMENT, MARAVILLAS ROJO, TO THE XPROTX EXHIBITIONeee90febXPROTX MUPRESPA

Last July 5, as we already announced on this same page, the General Secretary of Employment of the Ministry of Labor and Immigration, Red Wonders visited the Exhibition "Work and Health. From protection to prevention", currently installed in the Granada Science Park, organized by the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene at Work, Fraternidad Muprespa and the Largo Caballero Foundation.

Maravillas Rojo was accompanied on the visit by the General Director of Safety and Health at Work of the Employment Department of the Government of Andalusia,Esther Azorit Jimenez, Concepción Pascual Lizana, Director of the INSHT, the Exhibition Commissioner,Emilio Castejon, as well as a representation of Fraternidad Muprespa, made up of the Territorial Director of Andalusia,Manuel Luque Berlanga, the Prevention Director of AT and EP,Mª del Mar Morales, and the President and Director of the Francisco Largo Caballero Foundation.
 
Previously, a press conference was held for this purpose, attended by a very significant number of media outlets, in which the organizers alluded to the interest of the Exhibition to disseminate and promote a change in behavior regarding work accidents and occupational diseases in our country. The curator of the exhibition,Emilio Castejon He explained that the organizers have tried to ensure that visitors, after the tour, feel moved to action.

The General Secretary of Employment insisted on the need for a change in the culture of prevention in our country and the role that this Exhibition could play, which will close at the end of next September in Granada, to settle in the city of Albacete and subsequently continue a tour of various Spanish cities over the next few months.
