Fraternidad-Muprespa receives Bequal certification (plus category)

Fraternidad-Muprespa  Mutual Collaborator with Social Security has received the  Bequal Certification PLUS category, in recognition of the inclusion policies of people with disabilities in our Entity.

With this certificate, the foundation recognizes both the procedures and policies in favor of equal opportunities and non-discrimination of people with disabilities, as well as our Mutual Fund's commitment to improving and increasing the levels and quality of employment for these people.

The Bequal certificate is a model structured in 7 categories, 19 indicators and 69 verification sources. This evaluation formula is carried out by a third party, which determines the degree of commitment to Corporate Responsibility with disability in areas such as strategy and leadership, the commitment of senior management towards people with disabilities, human resources management, compliance with regulations and inclusive and equal opportunity policies in all selection procedures, access to employment, professional promotion and training. Finally, universal accessibility must be considered both to the facilities, as well as internal communication, with suppliers and in the prevention of occupational risks.

Pelayo Servicios Auxiliares has also received certification in the PLUS category and Fegadi, Aprodimax and Bureau Veritas have obtained Bequal certification in its STANDARD category.
