One more year, Fraternidad-Muprespa deserves the distinction as a company committed to Equality
On August 9,Natalia Fernández Laviada, Deputy General Director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa has received from the Mayor of Gijón,Carmen Moriyon, for the fourth consecutive year, the distinction as company committed to equality, which rewards active participation in politics promotion of equal opportunities between women and men.
The 2018 Business Directory already has a total of 70 companies. This year, 5 new companies have joined that are already applying equality policies. Fraternidad-Muprespa is part of the remaining 65 that have renewed their commitment.
The estimated scope of this project and therefore,Equality plans and measures of the 70 companies and entities of this VIII edition benefit some 9,298 working people who carry out their work activity in work centers in Gijón.
During the event, both the Mayor and the different social agents that are part of the Gender Unit program, CCOO, UGT and FADE, highlighted the benefits of developing equality policies.
In addition, Fraternidad-Muprespa has been highlighted in 2018, as company excellent for its equality policies, having been awarded the Asturian Mark of Excellence in Equality of the Principality of Asturias.
