Online conference in Murcia on current labor issues

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated on March 11 in the Online conference on current labor issues organized by the College of Graduates Social Sciences and the University of Murcia, in which highly topical issues for the management of social graduates have been addressed, derived from the crisis situation of companies as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Inaugurated the day José Luis Sánchez, President of the College of Social Graduates of Murcia, who highlighted the importance of the day and gave way to the different speakers: Francisco Cano Marco, Chief Magistrate of the Commercial Court 2 of Murcia, with his intervention on Insolvency news in labor matters. On behalf of the Mutual, e___l provincial director from Murcia, Alejandro López-Briones Pérez-Pedrero, has developed the COVID-19 panel. Temporary Disability. It has also addressed the obligations of employers to protect workers against contagion in the workplace, the authorization of the Labor and Social Security Inspection to monitor compliance with the measures that they must legally adopt, both in the field of occupational risk prevention and in that of public health, and the infringement reports that come from non-compliance with protective measures. He concluded his speech by referring to the benefit surcharges that may fall on employers due to such non-compliance. 

The conference has aroused great interest and more than 200 professionals have participated via ZOOM.
