Fraternidad-Muprespa participated on March 11 in the  Online conference on current labor issues organized by the College of Social Graduates and the University of Murcia, in which highly topical issues for the management of social graduates have been addressed, derived from the crisis situation of companies as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On behalf of the Mutual,eThe provincial director of Murcia,Alejandro López-Briones Pérez-Pedrero, has developed the panel COVID-19. Temporary Disability. Benefit Surcharge, where he has explained the system of protection of workers against the contagion of COVID and its classification as a work accident for those who provide their services in health and social health centers, as well as for the rest of the group of workers. It has also addressed the obligations of employers to protect workers against contagion in the workplace, the authorization of the Labor and Social Security Inspection to monitor compliance with the measures that they must legally adopt, both in the field of prevention of occupational risks and in that of public health, and the infringement reports that come from non-compliance with protective measures. He concluded his speech by referring to the benefit surcharges that may fall on employers due to such non-compliance.
