Online conference in Oviedo on contingency determination and discharge challenges

Fraternidad-Muprespa held an online conference on Wednesday the 28th in Oviedo  “Contingency determination and discharge challenges” organized by the College of Social Graduates of Asturias.

In the session, different practical cases of discharge challenges and contingency determination procedures were analyzed.

Marcos Oscar Martínez, president of the College, presented the event, thanking the collaboration of Fraternidad-Muprespa and especially its provincial director of Asturias,Maria Teresa Belver and the speaker  Cristina Yague, head of the Jurisprudence and Legislation area.

Yagüe focused his presentation on the concept of a work accident and on challenges to medical discharge and contingency determinations, also sharing practical cases that clarified various situations that can occur and that affect different organizations. Finally, a question and answer session took place where doubts were raised about the topics discussed. 

María Teresa Belver, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Asturias, closed the day by thanking the College for its invitation and emphasizing the importance of events such as the one held. The event was attended by numerous social graduates as well as collaborators from the Mutua.
