Madrid Guarantee: quality identification in our centers

Fraternidad-Muprespa has a strong commitment to quality in its corporate DNA and works daily to comply with the standards that guarantee that many of the processes carried out are certified by external entities, so that there is public evidence that improvement actions become verifiable realities. If we have already talked about many of the aspects in which covid has "intruded" into our processes as Mutua, today we focus on a vital aspect: the safety of anyone who accesses our centers, whether as an employee, as a patient, as a client, as a supplier or as a protected worker. Today on podcast FM we talk about the Guarantee Madrid identification, one of the 30 initiatives of the plan to reactivate the economy of the Community of Madrid, developed through the certification process of the Madrid Excellent guarantee mark and which Fraternidad-Muprespa has had since last December.
