The 125 square meter center has an admission area, medical consultation, nursing area, x-ray room, waiting room, management office and administrative office.  It has an energy efficiency classification CLASS C in non-renewable primary energy consumption and CLASS B in carbon dioxide emission. It is also accessible according to CTE DBSUA, as it has an automatic access door and magnetic loop in admission for people with hearing difficulties.

Among the aspects that will improve the user experience, the high-efficiency LED lighting system with lighting control and presence detectors, the center's air conditioning, Wi-Fi and multimedia screen in the waiting rooms stands out.

The center provides coverage to more than 1,100 mutual companies and protects nearly 7,500 workers, 12% of those in the province. Fraternidad-Muprespa was established in Vélez-Málaga in 2004, and was the first Mutual Fund to provide coverage to workers in the Axarquía region, predominantly agricultural.
