The models for the presentation in the Commercial Registry of the annual accounts of the subjects obliged to publish them, approved in the Order JUS/794/2021, of July 22, include a new sheet to report on the measures adopted by COVID-19.

The new COVID-19 declaration sheet requires, among other information, to provide the data of percentage of workers affected due to sick leave COVID-19 during the year.

In order to facilitate the completion of the COVID-19 declaration sheet for the 2021 accounts, our collaborating consultancies have at your disposal in the Digital Office the annual summary report of workers affected by COVID-19, with which you can obtain the 2021 COVID-19 process summary information for each of the companies in your portfolio, necessary to complete the new declaration sheet. The new summary report can be obtained by selecting the option COVID-19 Processes on the home page of the Digital Office.

Until now, the COVID-19 Processes report from the Digital Office allowed us to obtain only the complete list of COVID processes of the consultancy or company. A modification has been made to this report so that consultancies and companies with access to the Digital Office also have the option of obtaining the new summary report of workers affected by COVID.

The user must select whether they want to obtain the list of processes or the summary:
