The presentation of the day will be given by Ms. Ana Asama Esteve, president of the College of Social Graduates of Tarragona.
Next, Mr. Manuel López Sacristán will make a presentation on the legal personality of
mutual companies and the most significant developments in relation to permanent disability benefits and the
impact of the Law in relation to mutual companies.
Subsequently, Mr. José Antonio Ferrando Morellón will explain the phases of the sanctioning procedure, from the infraction report and its most characteristic particularity referring to the presumption of certainty, its notification and the processing of allegations, including the proposal of evidence and the scope of the most significant, testimonial and documentary, resources that apply.
The day will be closed by Mr. Xavier Rofas Gasulla, provincial director of Tarragona of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
