The C.O. of Social Graduates and the Mutua in Lleida celebrate a new day dedicated to agricultural companies

March 15 Fraternidad-Muprespa Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, in collaboration with the Hon. The Official College of Social Graduates of Barcelona in its Lleida delegation, held a conference on "Corporate civil liability for work accidents and prevention obligations of agricultural companies."

The event was inaugurated by the 2nd Vice President of the College of Social Graduates of Barcelona Montse Cerqueda and for José Ramón Lafuente, Technical Coordinator of the Northeast Territorial Directorate of Fraternidad–Muprespa, who welcomed all attendees.

Following the program, the first presentation was made Ramon Borjabad, director of the Lleida University School of Labor Relations (EURL) and doctor in law, who has explained the particularities included in the civil liability of employers derived from work accidents.

After this intervention, he took the floor Arturo Ortega de Pablo, Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician of Tarragona and Lleida de Fraternidad-Muprespa, who gave the second presentation, whose topic was on "Obligations regarding prevention for an agricultural company."

The closing of the day was made by Montse Cerqueda, who thanked the speakers and attendees for the interest shown with their presence in this call.
