The Enfoca Talento program recognizes the collaboration of Fraternidad-Muprespa for yet another year
Fraternidad-Muprespa was present on June 7 at the closing of the VIII edition of the Enfoca Talento program of the Avilés City Council, which seeks to reduce the unemployment rate, offering, in many cases, the reintegration into the labor market of graduated and long-term unemployed women, through collaboration with participating companies.
The event took place at the Niemeyer Center and there, the entities and companies collaborating with the program received from the mayor of the city, Mariví Monteserín, the diploma and seal accrediting them as a committed company with female talent. On behalf of the Mutua, which has participated in the project since its inception, it was received by Maite Belver, provincial director of Asturias.
In this eighth edition, which started in January, Enfoca Talento has added the participation of 16 women, of which nine have already joined the labor market. Since the beginning of the program, more than one hundred women have participated.
The ceremony was attended by Teresa Sanjurjo, director of the Princess of Asturias Foundation; Ana Bescós, from the Dupont HR department and mentor of the Enfoca Talento Project; and Sonia Arbesuk, from the customer service department at Uría Facilities Engineering and participant in the fifth edition of the Enfoca Talento Project.
The mayor of Avilés, Mariví Monteserín, closed this edition, which ended with the intervention of the Councilor for Education, Training and Employment, Juan Carlos Guerrero.
Among the actions supported by the project, vocational exploration actions, training actions, through group training activities, networking meetings between participants and mentors or job tastings stand out, that is, observation stays in collaborating companies.
This was precisely the modality in which one of the mentored women, Sara Álvarez, who met the Mutual assistance center in Avilés, as well as the details of the activity of Fraternidad-Muprespa as a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security. On this day he was able to learn about the work carried out in the admission of the center and also that which has to do with the benefits of the Mutua, in addition to talking extensively with the doctor of the center, Ana Gancedo.
