THE MUTUA Fraternidad-Muprespa IS GOING TO IMPLEMENT A NEW APPOINTMENT REMINDER SERVICE BY SMS

Since January 10, 2012, the mutual Fraternidad-Muprespa is going to implement a new service, medical appointment reminders, to its injured workers through an SMS message to their mobile phone.

The main features of this service are:

- The message includes the appointment reminder with the date, time and address of the healthcare center.
- The mobile phone number to which the appointment will be sent is the one included in the data provided by the injured worker.
- Appointments for the next day for consultations and diagnostic tests in our own centers in the professional contingency processes scheduled with a minimum notice of 2 days will be notified. In the case of rehabilitation, SMS will not be sent.
