The provincial management of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Pontevedra focuses a day on data transfer

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, organized a day last Thursday in which the regulations on the transfer of health data in the Provincial Directorate of Pontevedra were analyzed. It explained all aspects related to the transfer of data both to prevention services and to health personnel from or outside the associated companies. Personnel from the prevention service of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra participated in the event, represented by doctor Maria Carmen Crespo and the prevention technician Pedro Gil, as well as for Carlos Garcia, Ana Vaquero and Emilio Belin.

After the presentation by the speaker Manuel Lopez, Lawyer of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Legal Services and Advisory Center, many real cases were detailed, the high usefulness of said day was verified in the face of the multiple cases, many doubts were clarified and the most problematic issues were referred to, such as those related to the transfer of health data in pregnancies or disabilities. The closing corresponded to the Northwest Territorial director,  Jacobo Baro.
