On the occasion of the celebration of Prevention Week, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has carried out various activities in the Salesian School “Our Lady of Pilar” of Zaragoza, during the last two weeks of April and the first of May.

Four talks have been given in total, titled “Bringing prevention to School”, with 80 attendees from 4th grade of primary school and 1st and 2nd grade of Basic Vocational Training. The talks have been very dynamic thanks to the interest and participation of those present.

A “Prevention School” drawing contest has also been held with 52 participants from 1st grade. The drawings have been displayed in the primary hallway and three of them have been selected among the best classified.

The talks have been given by Jose Luis Fernandez, senior ORP technician at Mutua, who, together with Eva Ramon, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa, have delivered the diplomas for the 1st grade drawing contest. All participants in the contest have received their diploma with great enthusiasm, especially the authors of the three best-ranked drawings.

The experience has been very well received by students and teaching staff.

He Salesian School “Our Lady of Pilar” from Zaragoza, has been awarded this year with the first prize Escolástico Zaldívar in the category of non-profit companies. With this participation in the II Prevention Week of Fraternidad-Muprespa, this School reaffirms its intention to “…assume prevention as something natural and that must be transmitted from the beginning of education.”, As its director indicated, Eduardo Marco, in the award acceptance speech .
