Time to lead prevention
Fraternidad-Muprespa continues today with the VII Prevention Week in in which we have proposed to continue promoting the Vision philosophy ZeroHTMLTAG9___ focusing on the first golden rule of assuming leadership and working in line with this year's motto of the ILO devoting a few days to disseminate the construction of a solid OSH culture in companies.
Today we celebrate the institutional day: "Time to lead prevention" starting at 10:00 a.m. in webinar format.
During the session we will talk about building a solid culture of safety and health at work, which is constituted as one in which both management and workers value and promote the right to a safe and healthy work environment with inclusion, through the meaningful participation of all parties in the continuous improvement of OSH.
It is also one in which workers feel comfortable raising concerns about possible OSH risks or hazards in the workplace and management is proactive in collaborating with workers to find appropriate, effective and sustainable solutions. All of this requires open communication and dialogue based on trust and mutual respect.
