VIII Prevention Week - Fraternidad-Muprespa teaches a first aid workshop in Somajasa

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated last Monday, April 24, in the IX Occupational Health and Safety Week of Somajasa, the Jaén Water Mixed Company. He did so at the “Workshop on first aid measures in the company”, an event presented and closed by Ángel Gilabert, Provincial Director of the Mutua in Jaén, and given by María Jesús López, nurse in the Linares delegation.

The workshop was aimed at workers in the maintenance and water treatment service and during it the attendees actively participated to learn the actions and techniques necessary to correctly and effectively care for an injured person, with the aim of not aggravating the injuries they have, and even being able to save their life.

Fraternidad-Muprespa has celebrated its VIII Week between April 17 and 28 of Prevention, an event that coincides with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, under the motto “Make the invisible visible, identify dangers and evaluate risks.”

In this period it collaborates with its mutual companies to promote the prevention of occupational risks and achieve healthy, safe and healthy work environments, through awareness-raising tools and resources.

Somajasa has been a mutual company for fifteen years and in the 2022 edition it won the ___School Prize Zaldívar in the “Secure Mobility” category.
