We celebrate the V International Congress of Occupational Health and Occupational Health
AESPLA has participated alongside Fraternidad-Muprespa in it V International Congress of Occupational Health and Occupational Health, organized by the Spanish Society of Occupational Medicine and Safety (SCMST) in Madrid. Specifically, at the discussion table, held yesterday, June 8, on “Healthy business models and effective solutions for health and well-being at work.”
They acted as moderators:Concepción Martin Bustamante, president of the Spanish Association of Occupational Prevention Services (AESPLA) and Antonio Díaz Ruiz, Vice President of AESPLA.
The members of the table were: María Pilar Alfranca Calvo, director of the Prevention and Occupational Health department of ACCIONA; Juan José Muñoz Benito, director of Occupational Risk Prevention at BANKIA; Araceli Morato Martín, director of the BBVA Occupational Medicine area; Javier Mota Martínez, Health & Safety Director – Spain of CEMEX; Sara López-Camacho Herráez, Prevention Service of El CORTE INGLÉS; José Javier Prieto Domingo, head of the Medical area of the SPM of ENDESA; Pedro Ledesma García, head of the Department of Safety, Health and Labor Welfare at FCC; Natalia Fernández Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa; Juan Francisco Charfolé Martín, head of the Joint Prevention Service of ORANGE Spain and Miquel García Podadera, management of S&SL and SG of SUEZ.
The phases of a project were used as the common thread of the topics discussed at the table. Like any project, the implementation of a health promotion program follows the normal phases of a project, which are the same ones that formed the rounds of questions that were asked to the members of the table. The cycle of questions was as follows:
First round of questions: Starting point. Analysis of suitability and feasibility.
Second round: Execution and good practices.
Third round: Evaluation, monitoring and control (measurement).
Fourth round: Challenges in the future and circle of improvement.
The table has been widely accepted by everyone present, generating a lot of interest.
