We renew the image and expand the functions of the My Frater Patient App
My Frater Patient, the Fraternidad-Muprespa mobile app, has been renewed. The new version is now available in the Apple Store and Google Play. In this way, the Mutual Fund seeks to achieve greater closeness with members, facilitate procedures related to their treatments and provide greater agility to the processes related to the assistance received.
The main novelty that this new version of the application includes is that now the patient can download, in the "Documentation of the process" section, more information on procedures related to their care processes, such as professional contingency medical reports, diagnostic test reports, copies of the informed consents signed by the patient, copies signed by the patient of the notifications of the next medical appointment, implantation card with the list of implants placed in a patient through surgical intervention and, only for patients from Andalusia, copy of the informed consent of the discharge proposal, signed by the patient.
The image of the App has been renewed, adapting it to the style of the website, the digital office and the patient portal. This gives the application greater coherence with respect to the rest of the Fraternidad-Muprespa services on the Internet.
The home page has also changed. Until now, access was made directly to the login in which you had to write your NIF and password. Now the new version offers open content for those who install the App, even if they are not insured in Fraternidad-Muprespa. The contents available to them are, among others, access to the Mutua center search engine, access to a form to submit questions or comments, direct access to the 24-hour emergency telephone number, consultation of frequently asked questions from Fraternidad-Muprespa and access to news from the corporate portal.
Those who are insured with the Mutual Fund will have additional and personalized information: reminder of upcoming medical appointments at healthcare centers, medical processes that the patient has or has had open, the financial benefits that he or she has enjoyed, including information on the last direct payment received and finally, highlighted information and news from the App and the Patient Portal.
