Fraternidad-Muprespa held an online event on Tuesday, June 15 in Valencia with the title:Royal Decree-Law 11/2021. Fraternidad-Muprespa Management Tools. Keys in the operational management of the service.

The meeting has been presented by Jordi de Vicente Aldecoa, provincial director in Valencia, who has dedicated a few words of gratitude to the province's advisors for their great work during the pandemic.

In the session,Marina Frutos y Gloria Picazo, Fraternidad-Muprespa Benefits staff in Valencia have developed the benefits included in the aforementioned Royal Decree-Law.

Firstly, they have analyzed the requirements for the fee exemption of article 5 of the aforementioned rule, for those self-employed workers who were receiving on May 31, 2021 some of the benefits for cessation of activity provided for in articles 6 and 7 of RD-Law 2/2021. In addition, they have explained the requirements of the benefit established in article 6, aimed at self-employed workers who are forced to suspend all their activities as a result of a resolution adopted by the competent authority.

They have also commented on the benefit included in article 7, for those self-employed workers with a deficiency and with periods of CATA protection/benefit yet to be consumed as of June 1, 2021, with a demo designed by the Mutual Fund to validate access to benefits.

They have also analyzed the benefit of article 8 for self-employed workers who, as of May 31, 2021, were receiving any of the cessation of activity benefits provided for in articles 6 and 7 of Royal Decree-Law 2/2021, of January 26, and cannot give rise to the right to the benefit of article 7. Finally, they have developed the benefit of article 9 for seasonal self-employed workers.

The day continued with a question-and-answer session from the attendees, all of them Mutual advisors, and with the closing by Jordi de Vicente, who once again thanked them for their work, as well as their participation in it.
