12 companies in Mallorca receive the Zero Accident Distinction for their zero accident rate

Fraternidad-Muprespa awarded the Zero Accident Badges to 12 Mallorcan mutual companies last Thursday in an event held at the Provincial Directorate of the Mutua. All of them have in common that they have not reported work-related accidents or occupational diseases in the last fifteen, ten or five years. The rest of the companies deserving the distinction, nearly forty, will receive it soon.

The badges are intended to be placed in a visible place in the company to record its proactivity in favor of safety, health and occupational well-being. Recognized companies can share their good practices in the campaign that the Mutua develops on its social networks with the hashtag #CeroAccidentesFM.

Marian Sbert, Provincial Director of the Mutua, received the representatives of the distinguished companies and highlighted the importance of prevention, from the conviction that all injuries and illnesses derived from work are avoidable, and therefore Fraternidad-Muprespa promotes an active and solid safety culture among its associated companies and their workers protected, a dissemination contemplated as an objective within the Mutual Fund's Strategic Plan.

Sbert already delivered last May at the ceremony of awarding the Zero Accident Badges to Ibiza companies together with the director of the island's Delegation, Juan Marí.

After the presentation of the badges, Rafael Reyes, prevention consultant, introduced those present to the contents of the Previene Portal and the Health Corner of Fraternidad-Muprespa. Juan Pedro Lliteras, technical advisor to the provincial management, was also present at the event.
