AENOR DELIVERS TO Fraternidad-Muprespa THE ISO 9001 QUALITY AND ISO 14001 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATIONS OF ITS CENTERS

On June 20, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has obtained the Quality Management System certificate according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard in 92 centers, 26 of which also certify the Environmental Management System according to the UNE-EN ISO 14001 standard, constituting an Integrated Management System .

The general director of AENOR, Mr. Avelino Brito has delivered the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates to Mr. Carlos Aranda, Managing Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

The event was also attended by Ms. Natalia Fernandez, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa and Ms. Elena Iglesias, director of the Mutual Quality department.

The first of the ISO 9001 certificates has been renewed and certified in 92 Mutual centers for the administrative management of the services associated with the coverage of Professional Contingencies and Common Contingencies of the affiliated patient, certifying that Fraternidad-Muprespa has implemented a Quality Management System. Its advantages are fundamentally the improvement of processes and therefore the elimination of the costs of 'non-quality', encouraging greater involvement of professionals by getting the job done well and in a sustainable way.

The ISO 14001 certificate has been renewed and certified in 26 centers of Fraternidad-Muprespa, fully aware of the importance of preserving the environment, natural resources and the necessary reduction of the impact of our activity on our environment.
