Conference in Lanzarote on the employment relationship after the IP declaration

On November 4, the College of Social Graduates of Lanzarote organized the conference "The employment relationship after the declaration of a Permanent Disability: termination or necessary adjustment", focused on the developments of Law 02/2025. 

The meeting was attended by Fraternidad-Muprespa and was the Dean of the Collegeio, Carmen Lourdes Rodríguez, in charge of welcoming the large group of attendees.

Next, Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Department of Economic Benefits of the Mutual Fund, presented the topic of the day, reviewing the origin and legal background of the norm, until expanding with the modifications introduced by the law of April 29, also addressing the obligations and functions of the main parties involved, such as the Mutual Funds Collaborating with Social Security, the group of workers, companies, prevention services and the National Social Security Institute. Finally, Lorenzo shared some examples and practical questions about the employment relationship after the declaration of a permanent disability.
