EQUALITY IN THE COMPANY IS ONE OF THE DISTINCTIONS OF Fraternidad-Muprespa

He Minister of Health, Social Services and Equality has decided to grant the distinction “ Equality in the Company” to the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, by highlighting in a relevant and significant way the policies of equal treatment and opportunities with its workers.

In the BOE of June 7, Order SSI/881/2016 was published, granting 12 companies the “Equality in the Company” distinction corresponding to the year 2015.

The “Equality in the Company” distinction is a mark of excellence awarded by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality and that recognizes companies and other entities that stand out in the development of equal opportunity policies between women and men in the workplace, through the implementation of equality measures or plans.

Currently, there are 122 companies distinguished for the results of the equality measures developed in their organization in terms of working conditions, in the organizational models of their entity and in other areas such as the company's services and products.

It should be noted that Fraternidad-Muprespa, as of December 31, 2015, has a workforce made up of 1,152 women and 825 men. The II Equality Plan (2015-2017) has also been signed, with the representation of the workers, maintaining the commitment to establish and develop actions for equal treatment and opportunities between women and men of the Entity and increasing actions with respect to the first.
