Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, continues the course with force and on this occasion has held in Seville, an attractive day in which all related aspects have been discussed with the “Management of AT and CC by the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security”.

Mª Dolores Jariego Oyola, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Seville, was in charge of presenting the event and welcoming all attendees, in this case representatives of associated companies.

The objective of this day has been to advise attendees on the management of common contingencies and work accidents, from the minute they occur, until the moment the worker is discharged. Mª Dolores Jariego, I have also given an extensive presentation on pregnancy risk benefits; CUME (Care of Sick Minors) and the cessation of activity of self-employed workers.

Subsequently, those present had the opportunity to share in an intense debate what the high rates of absenteeism that have been occurring throughout this last year mean for companies, and proposals and different points of view were discussed to address this situation in a positive way.
