Fraternidad-Muprespa and Fundación Personas y Empresas sign a collaboration agreement
Natalia Fdez. Laviada, Deputy General Director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa, and Javier Cantera, President of the People and Companies Foundation, signed the agreement on the morning of Thursday, January 16 at the Foundation's headquarters.
The purpose of this agreement is the participation of the two entities in common activities related to the prevention of corporate health and well-being. Initially, it will materialize in the production of wellness articles in the company that will be disseminated in the different communication channels of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
Likewise, participation in studies related to the purposes of the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security is contemplated, in particular, the possible creation of a Labor Welfare Observatory focused on emerging risks derived from new technologies and work modalities.
The Foundation's mission is to address the labor and social needs of people and companies, promoting a work environment that allows the comprehensive development of people, and, in general, contributing to creating a network of companies committed to people and people integrated into companies.

This agreement constitutes another step to promote a safe and healthy organizational culture among our mutual members, while allowing us to offer tools, resources and practical knowledge, which will result in greater motivation and commitment of staff.
