Fraternidad-Muprespa and the Business Confederation of Lanzarote sign a collaboration agreement
Natalia Fdez. Also present at the event, on behalf of the Mutua, were the provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Las Palmas, Carlos Macho and Pedro Figueras, director of the Arrecife delegation, and on the part of the Confederation, Vicente Stinga, technician of the entity.
This collaboration agreement was created to unite synergies in the defense of the promotion of economic, social and occupational health interests. It also aims to provide more active knowledge of the benefits, rights and obligations of mutual members.
By virtue of this, activities such as seminars, courses, workshops or conferences will be carried out jointly aimed at disseminating the powers and functions that, by law, the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security are assigned, such as:
a) The management of economic benefits and health care, including rehabilitation, included in the protection of contingencies of work accidents and occupational diseases of Social Security, as well as the prevention activities of the same contingencies that the protective action provides.
b) The management of the economic benefit for temporary disability derived from common contingencies.
c) Management of benefits for Rrisk during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding.
d) The management of economic benefits for cessation of activity of self-employed workers, in the terms established in Law 32/2010, of August 5, which establishes a specific system of protection for cessation of activity of self-employed workers.
e) The management of the care benefit for minors affected by cancer or another serious illness.
f) Other Social Security activities that are legally attributed to them.
The Business Confederation of Lanzarote is a non-profit organization, of an interprofessional and business nature, established through the union of federations, associations and cooperative societies from various sectoral branches, such as ACELAN, Association of Education and Training Centers of Lanzarote, ACEPRO, Canarian Association of Vocational Training Centers, ASOLAN, Association of Hotel and Apartment Business Owners of Lanzarote, AELAN, Association of Businesswomen of Lanzarote, AETUR, Federation of Tourism Businessmen of Lanzarote, FEMEPA, Federation of Metal Businessmen of the Province of Las Palmas, or The Wine Regulatory Council.
