Fraternidad-Muprespa HAS HELD A DAY ON LABOR REFORM IN SANTANDER ON MAY 11

Last Friday, May 11, the Mutua Fraternidad-Muprespa in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of Cantabria, held in Santander a Conference on Labor Reform, reform trends in Social Security and the new Social Jurisdiction Law .

Mr. Ignacio Carreras Agenjo, Provincial Director of Cantabria of Fraternidad-Muprespa made the opening and inauguration of the day.

The day included the participation of Mr. David Lantarón Barquín, Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Cantabria who focused his speech on "The permanent labor reform: special attention to RD-Law 3/2012, of February 10, on urgent measures for the reform of the labor market."

Mr. Javier Orcaray Reviriego, Head of Labor Relations of the General Directorate of Labor of the Government of Cantabria, spoke with the presentation "Reforming trends in our Social Security, updating, adaptation and modernization of the Social Security System."

Finally Ms. Mercedes Sancha Sáiz, Magistrate of the Social Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Cantabria, spoke on "The new Regulatory Law of Social Jurisdiction."

The day closed Mrs. Natalia Fernández Laviada, Deputy Director General of Organization and Network of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

The event brought together more than 150 professionals, including collaborators, businessmen and social graduates.
