Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a conference at the Huelva College of Physicians on hip pathology

Last June 13th it was celebrated in e he College of Physicians of Huelva with the collaboration of Fraternidad-Muprespa a new edition of the Occupational Health Meetings, and On this occasion, focused on hip pathology and its implications in the workplace. The technical presentation was given by Dr.Pablo García Parra, specialist in traumatology and orthopedic surgery of the Southern Territorial Directorate of the Mutua.

This day is part of the annual program of the Illustrious College of Physicians of Huelva with which e Fraternidad-Muprespa man has close ties of collaboration.

The event was very well received and had numerous professionals in attendance, including doctors from mutual insurance companies, primary care doctors from the Public Health Service and local officials from the Medical Unit of the Disability Assessment Team of the National Institute of Social Security, and from the Medical Assessment of Disability Unit of the Junta de Andalucía.

After the presentation of the event, by Dr.Mercedes Ramblado, president of the Illustrious College of Physicians of Huelva, Dr. García Parra detailed in a dynamic presentation the peculiarities and etiology of the different hip pathologies in the workplace, as well as their approach, surgical treatment or recovery times, among other cases.

At the end, the speaker addressed the numerous questions raised by those attending the day in a colloquium with great participation. Also, both he and the Provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Huelva,Fernando Martínez Ingunza, were able to chat with the local managers of the different inspection units about the latest legislative developments that affect the sector, in addition to emphasizing the need to reinforce the direct communication channels between the INSS and the Mutua.
