On November 6 and 7, the Official College of Social Graduates of Jaén organized these agro-labor conferences, in which the problem of temporary and permanent disability, work accidents and occupational diseases in the countryside, especially in the olive sector, was addressed.

Manuel Fernández Palomino, subdelegate of the Government, participated in the inauguration of this day; Jesús Estrella Fernández, delegate of the Junta de Andalucía in Jaén; Pedro Javier Cabrera Rentero, mayor of Baeza; Juan Fernández Henares, 1st vice president of the General Council of Social Graduates and José Luis Rodríguez Morillas, president of the Official College of Social Graduates of Jaén.

Representing the Mutual Fund, Alfonso Gómez Manzanares , Territorial Assistance Coordinator of the Southern Territorial Directorate of Fraternidad-Muprespa, participated in the round table "Permanent Disability: typologies, assessment and protection systems", with representatives of other mutual societies that collaborate with Social Security.

His presentation was structured in three fundamental parts: a first in which he briefly described the work and functions of mutual societies; Secondly, he explained from a medical point of view, how and when it is determined that a professional contingency file is finalized and how it is sent to the Disability Assessment Team of the National Social Security Institute.

Finally, he provided some interesting statistical data related to Fraternidad-Muprespa, specifically that in the year 2024 more than 90% of all work accident processes ended without consequences, also providing data on the different types of disabilities granted. After the presentation there was an enriching debate among those attending.

Along with Gómez Manzanares, their Provincial Director in Jaén,Ángel Gilabert , was also present on behalf of the Mutua; Víctor Manuel Cruz , Deputy Provincial Director; and María Jesús Molina , head of Mutual benefits in the province.

With its presence at this important event Fraternidad-Muprespa once again consolidates its link with the organizing entities and participants in the forum, mainly social graduates and representatives of mutual societies that collaborate with Social Security.
