Fraternidad-Muprespa signs a new Inserta agreement with ONCE Foundation

Fraternidad-Muprespa and the ONCE Foundation have signed a new Inserta agreement with a duration of three years, to benefit the quality of life of people with disabilities and the promotion of the SDGs.

INSERTA Empleo is a non-profit association belonging to the ONCE Foundation, whose social purposes are to promote the fight against discrimination and the promotion of equal opportunities for people with disabilities for their social inclusion, especially through access, maintenance and promotion for employment.

Fraternidad-Muprespa and the ONCE Foundation decided to join forces and adopt joint projects and actions aimed at promoting and enabling the full inclusion of people with disabilities in society, by signing a first Inserta agreement in 2017.

With the signing of this new agreement, the Mutual Fund collaborates in:

• The promotion of direct labor insertion of people with disabilities through the incorporation of
• The promotion of training for people with disabilities.
• The promotion of employability and employment opportunities for people with disabilities through different internship programs.
• The promotion of indirect labor integration through the promotion of Responsible Purchasing, the promotion of Special Employment Centers and Social Clauses.
• The promotion of actions for the production of accessible goods and services.
• The promotion of dissemination and social awareness actions.
• The inclusion of disability and sustainability in their social responsibility plans and strategies.
• The assessment of social innovation projects aimed at promoting the hiring of young people with disabilities, women with disabilities and people from other groups who within the social disability sector have greater difficulties in accessing the labor market.
• Adherence to the Inserta Responsible Forum.

At the same time,

With the development of the object of this Agreement, the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals is promoted, among others, SDG 4 linked to education and training, SDG 5 on gender equality, SDG 8 linked to employment and SDG 10 for the reduction of inequalities, SDG 11 in relation to sustainable territorial development, and the optimization of the digital field adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and companies. Alliances to achieve the objectives will be promoted transversally, in line with SDG 17.
