In 2024, "Labor News" fulfills its objective of keeping its readers informed

For Fraternidad-Muprespa our priority is to provide quality services. On this occasion we have asked about the Newsletter Labor News. According to the results of surveys carried out among our subscribers in 2024, the general assessment has been highly positive. We received a total of 332 surveys, obtaining an 8.58 out of 10 in the first quarter, in the second it rose to 8.81, to end in the third quarter with an increase to 9.18 score. These results confirm the value of our content as a resource of interest for professionals and companies, with a overall average of 8.86 out of 10. The vast majority of respondents indicated that they consult the newsletter regularly, highlighting its accessible format and the clarity of the content. The net promoter ratio (NPS) reached 65.96%, with 73% of those surveyed rated the probability of recommending it as 9 or 10.

Among your suggestions, you highlighted interest in more content on social jurisprudence and court decisions, as well as information on public aid, changes in the legal framework for the self-employed or more information on refresher courses.

We have begun to act, and in this week's newsletter we inform you about new training for active entrepreneurs and programs aimed at unemployed people with projects to undertake. We will respond to your suggestions and incorporate more news on social jurisprudence along with all the useful and practical information at our disposal to help you stay up to date on the changes that impact both labor relations and personnel management.
