The Institutional Information corresponds to the functions developed by the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security and the services we offer.

The services offered by Social Security Collaborating Mutual Insurance Companies are included in article 80 of the General Social Security Law:

1. Mutual collaborators with Social Security are private business associations established by authorization from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security and registration in the special registry dependent on it, whose purpose is to collaborate in the management of Social Security, under the direction and tutelage of the same, without profit motive and its associates assuming joint responsibility in the cases and with the scope established in this law. 2. The purpose of the mutual societies collaborating with Social Security is to develop, through collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, the following Social Security activities:

• The management of economic benefits and health care, including rehabilitation, included in the protection of contingencies of work accidents and occupational diseases of Social Security, as well as the prevention activities of the same contingencies that the protective action provides.
• The management of economic benefits for temporary disability derived from common contingencies.
• The management of risk benefits during pregnancy and risk during breastfeeding.
• The management of economic benefits for cessation of the activity of self-employed workers, in the terms established in title V.
• The management of care benefits for minors affected by cancer or another serious illness.
• Other Social Security activities that are legally attributed to them.

The legal regime of   Fraternidad-Muprespa, as a Mutual Collaborator with Security. Social,  It is established in articles 80 to 102 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Social Security, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of October 30, by the  Regulation on Collaboration of Social Security Work Accident and Occupational Disease Mutual Insurance Companies (currently called Mutual Collaborators with Social Security), approved by Royal Decree 1993/1995, of December 7 and by the Statutes of the Entity approved by Resolution of the  General Directorate of Social Security Regulation dated November 2, 2012:

• Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of October 30, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law of Social Security
• Royal Decree 1993/1995, of December 7, which approves the regulation on collaboration of mutual societies
• Law 35/2014, of December 26, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law of Social Security in relation to the legal regime of the Mutual Insurance Companies for Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases of Social Security.

• Royal Decree 1430/2009, of September 11, which regulates Law 40/2007, of December 4, on Social Security measures, in relation to the provision of temporary disability.
• Royal Decree 1148/2011, of July 29, for the application and development, in the Social Security system, of the economic benefit for the care of minors affected by cancer or another serious illness.
• Royal Decree 1541/2011, of October 31, which implements Law 32/2010, of August 5, which establishes a specific protection system for cessation of activity of self-employed workers.
• Royal Decree 295/2009, of March 6, which regulates the economic benefits of the Social Security system for maternity, paternity, risk during pregnancy and risk during breastfeeding.
• Royal Decree 860/2018, of July 13, which regulates the preventive activities of the Social Security protective action to be carried out by mutual societies collaborating with Social Security.
