Acuerdos de colaboración

Fraternidad-Muprespa and the Faculty of Health Sciences of the European University of the Canary Islands reaffirm their mutual commitment to training and quality of care through the collaboration agreement that stipulates the completion of internships for students of the Degree in Physiotherapy at the Mutua.

This is an agreement that has been reached for the first time and that “benefits the practical training of university students, in addition to valuing the experience of the Mutua physiotherapists, who will show the students the decisive role in the recovery of patients, making them an active part of the process”, according to Raquel Domínguez, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and signatory of the agreement on behalf of Manuel Porrúa, director of the Human Resources and CSR center

For his part, David Velasco, professor of the Physiotherapy Degree and Internship Coordinator, highlighted that this collaboration agreement “represents a substantial improvement in the quality of the curricular practices of the students, who will be able to expand their knowledge and share practical experience with the fantastic team of physiotherapists at Fraternidad-Muprespa”.

From the second year of the Degree, students will be able to observe and collaborate in the treatment and recovery of patients who come to the center daily, after having suffered some type of work accident.
