IX Prevention Week: day on effective communication and conflict management in Castellón

Fraternidad-Muprespa held a conference last Wednesday at its Provincial Directorate of Castellón on “Effective communication and conflict management” which was attended by representatives of prominent mutual companies in the province as well as advisors.

He presented different techniques and strategies to improve in this regard in both the business and personal environment, emphasizing the importance of reflecting on the importance of assertiveness in communication. He also highlighted the importance of actively listening, managing emotions and finding mutually beneficial solutions to conflict.

The day has not only provided theoretical knowledge, but has also offered practical guidance and personalized advice to address the specific challenges of each company. Xavier Tirado's approach, focused on finding solutions, and his ability to foster an environment of trust, contributed to the success of the day.

The attendees representing mutual companies highlighted the need to apply these tools and techniques for a tangible improvement in their organizational culture, greater clarity in communication, a reduction in interpersonal conflicts and an increase in collaboration and teamwork, as evidenced in the colloquium that followed Tirado's intervention and where the need to strengthen interpersonal skills and organizational effectiveness within the participating companies was highlighted.
