"Nanosafety” Fraternidad-Muprespa at the European Week of Safety and Health at Work in Malaga
Fraternidad-Muprespa, mutual Collaborator with Social Security in collaboration with the Junta of Andalusia The events that the Occupational Risk Prevention Center of Malaga will carry out on the occasion of the European Week of Safety and Health at Work have begun, with an interesting and innovative technical information day.
The event, held on Monday, October 23, was inaugurated by the Territorial delegate of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment of Malaga,Mariano Ruiz Araujo, a moment that he took advantage of to convey the existing concern about the high workplace accident rate, highlighting the high number of fatalities that occurred throughout the year.
Subsequently José Manuel Crespo Figuerola, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Malaga, after thanking the attendees for their presence, introduced the speaker Carmen Alvarado Escolano coordinator of the General Subdirectorate of Prevention, Quality and Communication of the Mutua, to whom she especially thanked the theme chosen for the day because it was novel and unknown to the general public.
It was interesting to discover how to identify the health risks that nanomaterials pose as well as to have knowledge of good prevention practices. The exhibition was very entertaining, which encouraged attendees to actively participate.
