New regulation of the quota reduction system for companies with low accident rates (BONUS)

Royal Decree 404/2010 of March 31, 2010 - Order TIN/1448/2010 of June 2 - Order ESS/86/2015 on the development of contribution standards, establishes that associated companies, through their Mutual Fund, can request the reduction of contributions for professional contingencies, through the incentive system (Bonus), as long as they have effectively contributed to the reduction of the accident rate, with quantifiable investments in Occupational Risk Prevention and with the implementation of effective actions to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases.
