Fraternidad-Muprespa and ANDADE sign an agreement to improve care for those who suffer an amputation
Last Friday, April 12, an agreement was signed in Santander between the National Association of Amputees of Spain (ANDADE) and Fraternidad-Muprespa, at the facilities of the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security.
Signed on behalf of ANDADE by its President,Carlos Díez Moro, and on behalf of Fraternidad-Muprespa, the deputy director general of Management,Esteban Mate de Miguel.
The basic objective of the agreement is to work together and actively to improve care for people with disabilities as a result of a work accident or occupational disease, promoting integration, coordinating and complementing the services and programs that both entities have.
To this end, it contemplates three main activities: communicating to the associated companies and protected workers of the Mutua the existence of the aforementioned agreement, participating jointly in the conferences and courses that both organizations can promote and advice by ANDADE to workers of companies associated with
This agreement is part of Fraternidad-Muprespa's commitment to compliance with the UN convention on the rights of people with disabilities and the General Law on the Rights of People with Disabilities and their Social Insertion.
Also present at the signing of the agreement were José Ignacio Díaz, Northern Territorial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Arantxa Caño, Social Worker of the Northern Territorial Directorate of the Mutua, and Ignacio Carreras, Provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Cantabria.
