Resolution of July 4, 2022, of the DGOSS, which modifies the models of the Annex and other issues of the Resolution of August 3, 2021
Resolution of July 4, 2022, of the General Directorate of Social Security Regulation, which modifies the models of the Annex and other issues of the Resolution of August 3, 2021, which establishes the terms for the application to mutual collaborators with Social Security of the coefficients for the management of the economic benefit of temporary disability derived from common contingencies of employed workers of associated companies.
As a consequence of the establishment of new coefficients from September 1, 2021, and given that on the date on which the mutual insurance companies had to proceed to prepare the accounts for the 2021 financial year, the information corresponding to the contributions resulting from the application of the new coefficients was not available, by Resolution of March 8, 2022, of this General Directorate, the presentation of the supporting documentation of compliance with the requirements for the application of the corresponding additional coefficients was postponed, to the moment in which that those entities render their accounts, modifying the aforementioned Resolution of August 3, 2021 in that sense.
The Resolution of March 8, 2022 also anticipated the need to modify models 1 to 7 of the annex to the Resolution of August 3, 2021, in order to adapt its content to the changes that have occurred in the coefficients to be applied.
The modifications mainly affect model 6, intended to reflect the regularization of the provisional amount authorized in 2021 according to the different coefficients that should be applied to each period of the year in accordance with the coefficients in force in each of them.
Likewise, in relation to the remaining models, it is also necessary to modify their content.
