The Vigo and Porriño delegations of Fraternidad-Muprespa deliver the Zero Accident Distinction to 15 companies

The headquarters of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Delegation in Vigo hosted this Thursday the ceremony for the delivery of the Zero Accident Badges to mutual companies based in both Vigo and Porriño and that have not reported work-related accidents or occupational diseases in five, ten or fifteen years. The rest of the distinguished companies, fifty or so, will receive it soon.

The badges are intended to be placed in a visible place in the company to record its proactivity in favor of occupational safety, health and well-being. The rest of the companies deserving the distinction, around forty, will receive it soon.

Recognized companies will be able to share their good practices in the campaign that the Mutua develops on its social networks with the hashtag #CeroAccidentesFM.

Andres Ortigueira, director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa delegation in Vigo, welcomed the numerous attendees to the event and highlighted the role of companies in preventive work in order to achieve increasingly lower accident rates. In fact, he explained that in 2022 there were 9,360 work accidents in the province of Pontevedra, which represented a reduction of 6% compared to 2021.

Ramiro Guntin, provincial director of Vincent San Pedro, Mutua delegate in Porriño, was also present at the event.
