Responsible Inserta Forum creates 41,000 jobs for people with disabilities

On March 26, an event was held in Madrid for the 15th anniversary of the Inserta Responsble Forum, promoted by the ONCE Foundation, the European Social Fund and the Government of Spain through the ESF+.

It is a networking and social innovation platform that makes it possible to share practices, tools and experiences that favor the effective development of hiring policies for people with disabilities and the promotion of the strategic management of diverse talent.

To achieve this, it has the collaboration and commitment of Spanish companies and entities that incorporate equal opportunities into their action strategy.

Fraternidad-Muprespa is one of the more than 140 companies and entities that are members of this Forum. In 2017, the Mutua signed its first collaboration agreement with the ONCE Foundation; It renewed it in 2023 and it will be valid until 2026.

Thanks to this agreement, the Mutua has implemented various measures to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities, including labor integration in its workforce, the publication of job offers aimed at this group on its employment portal and the dissemination of news and campaigns from the Inserta Forum. In addition, it actively collaborates in initiatives and training courses promoted by the ONCE Foundation.
