The report emphasizes that the alliance's main objective is to ensure the best assistance to the mutualist "with the greatest possible efficiency of the system's resources" and highlights the sharing of resources as the most palpable element of said objective.   

In 2025 there were shared space agreements in eight locations: Cáceres, Córdoba, Gijón (Asturias), Ibiza (Balearic Islands), Melilla, Ourense, Puertollano (Ciudad Real) and Zamora.

The document details the main activities carried out within the alliance last year and also brings together its main data and figures.

As of December 31, 2025, +Compromiso had 347 own healthcare centers, four hospitals plus a day hospital, and a human team made up of 7,436 professionals.  The average user satisfaction score is 8.6.

Its protected population was greater than 5.4 million of working people and their mutual companies, more than 527,000. The number of working people on their own account protected exceeded one million.

The document includes as the main achievements achieved by the alliance that the strategic collaboration between the three mutual insurance companies has been strengthened in areas

assistance, technological and management, reinforcing a stable model of joint work, aimed at improving the quality of assistance and the efficiency of the Social Security system.

Significant progress has been made and shared in projects of high common impact, highlighting the evolution of electronic prescriptions, the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions applied to the clinical field and management, and the effective exchange of health information between mutual insurance companies. 

Coordinated work has also been reinforced to address shared problems, especially in benefit management, health contracting, sharing of care centers and resources, and technological development.

And the scope of the +Compromiso alliance has been expanded and strengthened with the creation of the Hospital Group, the development of innovation and technological radar activities, and communication actions that reinforce its internal and external positioning as a framework for cooperation and modernization.

The specific achievements of each working group of the eight that make up the alliance are also described in the document.

Compliance with the purposes of collaboration with Social Security, the commitment to quality in the services provided to mutual companies and the protected working population, and transparency and good governance as transversal axes of all actions are also objectives of +Compromiso for 2026.
