There is no doubt that in our current situation caused by COVID-19, any measure that minimizes the risk of contagion is welcome, such as limiting the use of paper documents and their circulation to the maximum possible.

For this reason and following our digital transformation project, we present a new additional channel, so that patients and mutual members can send us their suggestions and congratulations.

In each of our centers you will find a QR code visible, which you can scan through your mobile or tablet and access a form where you can write both suggestions and thanks, without having to use paper.

With this initiative, we continue to advance in the digitalization of the Mutua and the paperless office.

Of course, we also do not forget that it is a paper-saving measure, with which we collaborate in environmental sustainability.
