State Agency Official State Gazette

Public law entity endowed with public legal personality, its own assets and autonomy in its management, for the fulfillment of the program corresponding to the public policy developed by the General Administration of the State within the scope of its own competence of regulatory advertising.

It is entrusted with the publication of the Official State Gazette (BOE) and the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (BORME), among other publications.
