For some years now, as a society, we have believed that addressing the gender perspective in companies involves taking care of work-life balance issues, and addressing risks during pregnancy and breastfeeding… nothing could be further from the truth.

Including the gender perspective in prevention is an issue that implies a great change of mentality in prevention technicians, in companies and their CEOs, and therefore in society.

As the movement is demonstrated by walking, the first step to implement a real gender perspective in occupational risk prevention in companies, starts from having a good diagnosis to be able to design a viable and effective action plan.
